Yes, again we head out into the world!
This time, we are going to Borneo (see map below). Borneo is an island in Asia, near Indonesia, the Philippines, and New Guinea. The island is actually partially part of Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei. Our trip will be only in the Malaysia part of the island.
While we hope to see as much wildlife as possible, the biggest "draw" is for the orangutans that live on the island. We will be visiting an orangutan rescue, but also hope to see them in the wild as well.
We are joined on this trip by our good friend Ruth, one of the Sisters (unfortunately, Cat couldn't come too - we'll miss her though!!) and also with someone who Karen works with at, Rich (he's a pathologist - if that makes a difference to anyone).
As usual, we will do our best to update the blog, but we anticipate that internet availability will be less than usual, so we're not sure how often we'll upload. As in the past, there may be multiple additions at a time when we can.
